This webinar will cover the correct technical and safety requirements related to glass cutting and cleaning. It will provide a video demonstration of these processes, followed by a live Q&A session with FGIA technical consultant Bill Lingnell. The webinar is free and open to the public.

The video presentation was hosted by Bill Briese, GED's R&D and Engineering Manager, and is part of the recently launched IG Fabricator Workshop video series. This video series was developed based on a face-to-face hands-on seminar launched in 2017, which is hosted by FGIA every year. Lingnell will answer questions on the spot after the video presentation. Briese has worked at GED Integrated Solutions for 24 years. His responsibilities include process, machinery and product innovation and new product development related to IGU and the window industry. For the past 13 years, he has been an active participant and leader of FGIA and the previous IGMA. Lingnell has long been involved in the engineering, technical management and construction of major construction projects in the United States, Canada and other countries.
