Nairobi, Kenya, November 3-Consumer electronics manufacturer LG Electronics is entering the fast-growing on-demand laundry market in East Africa with a new concept aimed at customers seeking high-quality home laundry services. 

LG works with suppliers and local entrepreneurs to open stores in strategic locations, equipped with state-of-the-art washing machines, and provide differentiated laundry solutions for the increasingly affluent middle-income market.​​

This concept, known as the LG Commercial Machine Reference Store, also involves the company's cooperation with small laundry companies to target time and hygiene-conscious consumers who may not have washing machines, but prefer to have their personal laundry done by professionals.
