According to the RCN procedure, the RCN system allows the time and quality plan to remain unchanged. At the same time, it will not force or involve the operator to change any parameters of the lamination operation, and make any adjustments during operation.  

Therefore, RCN SOLUTIONS proposes a unique possibility, a system that can obtain the final product without affecting production, without effort, no additional finishing, and most importantly, no labor, which means saving money .

However, this concept has another equally important purpose: the UNI EN 12453-3 standard, regarding the size and finishing of the edge of the laminated glass, determines the tolerance of the laminated thickness after the laminated glass-the tolerance and the use of the current bagging system, strong extrusion Pressing the edge of the glass-in some cases will lead to less than the requirements, thereby affecting the acceptance of the final product.

The "RD Clean Concept" developed by RCN will not cause any reduction in the thickness of the interlayer, thus ensuring a triple advantage: the edge is clean at the end of the process, and the thickness of the interlayer after the process is perfect, saving about 40% of the cost and labor cost.

The combination of service and RCN’s development capabilities allows the design and production of a system to release laminated glass, which can be simplified by what is called "clean edges", which embodies the idea of ​​not needing to remove the excess part and laminating from the edge after lamination middle layer.
