It has been 10 years since Edgar Goncalves took charge of the maintenance of glass processing machines. This allows him to have a good understanding of the production process, especially the needs of those who use this material. Therefore, it is natural to start processing machine sales in 2013.
Starting in 2019, the structure adopts the current name of MaVetro. In-depth understanding of the glass industry, attention to customer needs, and desire for continuous growth and innovation are the characteristics of MaVetro as well as Mappi.
The encounter between the two companies is a matter of course. In fact, MaVetro is now the agent of the Italian company in Portugal, and the Italian company is the leader in the production of high-quality tempering furnaces. MaVetro claims to be passionate about being able to add Mappi furnaces to its product portfolio because they are internationally recognized reference models for innovation, reliability, quality and ease of use.
Their further dissemination in Portugal will certainly enable the already booming Portuguese glass industry to develop further.
