Hanmi Semiconductor launched the world's first ever 'full automation glass micro saw', an important process equipment for advanced electronic devices. Hanmi Semiconductor has already succeeded in its global sales and has even secured future supply routes. Glass micro sawis a semiconductor cutting equipment that produces core materials for advanced devices such as lenses, filters, and glass for electronic devices. It is attracting attention as it increases productivity and saves costs with its simplified 'all-in-one solution' compared to past equipment that undergoes more steps. Hanmi Semiconductor localized 'dual-chuck micro saw' in June last year. In October, it launched'micro saw for jumbo printed circuit board (PCB)' and in December, '12-inch micro saw'. In March of this year, the company strengthened its market penetration by diversifying its product portfolio with the 'tape micro saw' for automotive semiconductor packages. “Glass microsaw is the world's first all-in-one machine that saws lenses, filters and glass for electronic devices, using a loader and chuck table. With this product, we expect to increase productivity and reduce costs with an excellent UPH (Unit per Hour) production speed while innovatively simplifying the cutting process."
